Denver Hot Tubs & Spas
Summer patios are nice. Colorado patios are better year round.
Denver has the smallest outdoor space Regency works with and some of the best reasons to be out in it. Most of this page is about making those two things agree.

Roughly where the city sits, which is why the evenings cool off so fast
Mid-October is the point at which most of the city gives up on the patio. It is also, if you have a hot tub, the point at which the patio starts being worth something. The season people think of as the end of outdoor living is about six months long here, and it is the half a hot tub is for.
The Denver constraint
It is rarely the yard. It is the gate.
Measure the narrowest point, not the yard
In Baker, the Highlands, Park Hill and most of the older grid, the yard is usually big enough. What is not always big enough is the side passage between the house and the fence, or the gate at the end of it. Measure that gap, then measure any corner the spa has to turn inside it. Those two numbers decide which models are on your list.
Under 36 inches changes the conversation
A narrow passage does not rule a hot tub out, but it moves you toward the slimmer shells — or toward a crane lift over the house, which is a real option and a real cost. Better to know that in week one than after you have chosen a colour.
New builds have their own version
The infill and scrape-off houses that have gone up across the city usually have less yard and better access, which is the opposite trade. Here the question is how much of a small, well-designed outdoor space you are willing to give to one object.
What the pad has to do
A filled six-person spa with people in it runs to several thousand pounds. That wants a poured pad, a properly built deck, or a compacted base built for it. Old flagstones on soil will move over a winter, and a spa that sits unlevel is a spa with a leak in its future.
Decks and rooftops
Plenty of Denver houses have a deck that will take a spa. Plenty have one that will not, and you cannot tell by standing on it. Get a structural engineer to confirm before anything is delivered — particularly on a rooftop or an elevated deck, where the load is concentrated and the consequences are not minor.
Where the electrician fits in
Most spas want a dedicated 240-volt circuit. In older Denver housing stock that sometimes means a panel conversation as well. Book it before delivery. Alternatively, the plug-and-play route sidesteps all of it — see the Garden Spas, which run from a standard outlet.
For city-sized space
Compact, and not a compromise.
Small spas get used more. Less water to heat, a cover one person can lift, and no sense of occasion required. In a city where the spa is fifteen feet from the back door, that matters more than seat count.

Denver is a service area, not an address.
Regency does not have a Denver showroom. We deliver here, install here and service here, six days a week — but there is no Regency storefront inside the city, and we are not going to invent one to look local.
The two nearest showrooms are Aurora, on South Parker Road, and Westminster, on West 104th Avenue. Either is a straightforward drive from most of the city, and both have spas filled and warm so you can get in them.
Questions people actually ask
Denver questions
Does Regency have a showroom in Denver?
No. Denver is a service and delivery area for us. The nearest showrooms are Aurora and Westminster, and we would rather tell you that than put a fake address on a map.
Will a hot tub actually fit in a city backyard?
Usually. The yard is rarely the problem — the route in is. Measure the gate, the side passage and any corner the spa has to turn. Send us those numbers and we will tell you what is possible before you get attached to a model.
Can I put one on a rooftop or elevated deck?
Only with a structural engineer’s sign-off. A filled spa concentrates a great deal of weight over a small area. We will not deliver onto an elevated structure that has not been assessed, and no reputable dealer should.
I am in a townhome with an HOA. Is it worth asking?
Yes, and ask before you shop. Some associations restrict placement, screening or equipment noise. It occasionally changes which model makes sense, and it is much cheaper to find out early.
Do you service hot tubs in Denver that you did not sell?
Yes, across the city and most makes. Tell us what it is doing and we will book a visit.
What about getting rid of the one that came with the house?
That is a common Denver call, particularly after a purchase. We handle removal and disposal whether or not you buy anything from us.

Send us a photo of the gate.
Genuinely - a picture of the access route and a rough measurement answers more than any amount of browsing. We will come back with the models that will physically get there.
