Regency Swim
Swim. Train. Recover. Relax.
A swim spa is a lane of moving water you can stand up in, warm all year, in a footprint that fits a yard instead of a construction schedule. Some have seats at one end. One has none at all.
Not a large hot tub
The difference is what you do in it.
Swimming
A current system pushes water toward you and you swim against it, staying in one place. Length and depth are what matter: the twelve-foot models are for moving around, the fifteen-foot and longer ones are for actually swimming.
Low-impact movement
Walking, jogging and stretching in chest-deep water, where your joints carry much less of you. Popular with people coming back from an injury and with anyone who has decided running on pavement is no longer fun.
Family use
Warm, shallow enough to stand in, and open enough to play in - which is most of why families buy them. Children need constant adult supervision in any depth of water, and the current system stays off while they are in.
Instead of a pool
Some pool function without excavation, a pool permit or a season when it is too cold to use. It also runs year round, which a Colorado pool does not.
Compare the range
Length is the decision.
Everything else follows from how much water you want to swim through. Sorted longest first.

Before you measure
Swim spas are heavier than people expect.
Full, a long TidalFit weighs several tons. Talk to us early about the pad, the delivery route and the electrical supply - it is a much easier conversation before the yard is landscaped.
