Regency Care

We keep relaxation relaxing.

The part of ownership nobody thinks about in the showroom, and the part that decides whether you still like your hot tub in year four. Repairs, scheduled maintenance, water chemistry and parts — for spas we sold, and plenty we did not.

Schedule service

Something is not working, or not working properly. Tell us what it is doing and we will get a technician out.

Request maintenance

Regular visits so the water, the filters and the chemistry are somebody else’s problem.

Repairs and parts

Pumps, heaters, controls, jets, covers. Diagnosis first, so you know what you are agreeing to.

Water care questions

Cloudy, foamy, smells wrong, or the numbers make no sense. Ask before you empty it.

Existing customer, or not.

You do not have to have bought your spa from Regency to have us work on it. Plenty of the tubs we service came with a house, or came from a dealer who is no longer around. Tell us the make and roughly how old it is and we will say honestly whether it is worth repairing.

Sometimes it is not. When a spa is far enough gone that the repair costs more than it is worth, we will say so — and we can take it away or put it toward something new instead.

Questions people actually ask

Before you call

Do you service hot tubs you did not sell?

Yes. Most makes and most ages. Tell us the brand, roughly how old it is and what it is doing, and we will tell you whether it is worth a visit before we book one.

How quickly can somebody come out?

It depends on the season and on what has failed. A spa that has stopped heating in January is treated more urgently than a jet that has gone quiet in June. We will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.

My water has gone cloudy. Do I need to drain it?

Usually not. Cloudy water is more often a filter, a sanitiser level or a pH problem than a reason to empty three hundred gallons. Ask us first — it is a five-minute conversation and it often saves a full refill.

Do you sell chemicals and filters?

Yes, at all three showrooms, along with covers, cover lifters and the parts that actually wear out. If you are not sure what your spa takes, bring a photo of the filter or the label.

What does a maintenance visit include?

Water testing and balancing, filter cleaning or replacement, checking the equipment for leaks and wear, and a straight account of anything that is heading for trouble. The exact scope depends on the plan, and we will confirm it in writing before the first visit.

Regency Care

Tell us what it is doing.

The more specific you can be - the noise, the error code, when it started - the more likely the first visit is also the last one.
