Trade-in
Time for something new?
If your current spa still has life in it, it may be worth something against the next one — and it saves you arranging a removal separately. What it is worth depends entirely on what it is, so nobody can tell you a number over the internet, including us.
How it works
Honest about the order things happen in.
1. Tell us what you have
Make, rough age, condition, whether it runs, and how we would get to it. Photos help more than descriptions.
2. We look at it
Either in person or from good photos, depending on the spa. This is where an allowance gets decided — not before.
3. You choose the new one
Any allowance comes off the new spa. It is not cash, and it is not separate from the purchase.
4. One visit, both jobs
The old one goes on the same day the new one arrives, wherever the access and the schedule allow it.
We will not quote a trade-in value before somebody has actually looked at the spa. Anyone who does is guessing, and the number changes when they turn up.

Six questions. The more you know the faster this goes, but “not sure” is a perfectly good answer to any of them.
