The Bimini seats 9. In practice that means you are buying for gatherings, not for Tuesday. Worth being honest with yourself about how often that happens — though a big spa is still a good spa with two people in it.
One seat is a full-length lounger. People tend to feel strongly about these in both directions: it is the most comfortable seat in the spa, and it is also one fewer place to sit. If the household is large, look at the all-bench version of the same shell before deciding.

The Bimini is 132 inches across its narrow side. Measure your gate, the gap between the house and the fence, and any corner it has to turn — that number is the one that decides whether delivery is straightforward or needs a crane.

Dry it weighs 1,225 pounds. Full, with people in it, you are closer to 8,500 pounds. That needs a proper pad or a deck an engineer has looked at — not paving slabs laid on soil.
Power
Plan on a dedicated 240-volt circuit installed by a licensed electrician, wired to your local code. Book that before the delivery date rather than after — it is the usual reason a spa sits unused for a fortnight.
Colorado winters
At 683 gallons there is a lot of thermal mass here, which works in your favour on a cold night: a big body of water gives up heat slowly. Put it somewhere sheltered from the prevailing wind if you have the choice, and think about where the snow comes off your roof.
